Meet The Team

Lee has been a part of ChannelOnline Support since July 2022 and has had support desk leadership experience since 2014. When Lee is not leading a support team, he is playing board games with friends, participating in gaming tournaments, or attending (and sometimes performing in!) stand-up comedy shows in Nashville.

Andy joined ChannelOnline in 2014 and has over 27-years Channel experience. Andy's specializes in marketing, eCommerce store sites and eProcurement applications. Andy and his wife Katherine live outside Nashville TN and spend time volunteering with several faith-based and philanthropic organizations. Andy spends his free time fishing and boating on Tennessee lakes and rivers.

Danielle brings over 15 years of sales account management experience to the ChannelOnline team with her consultative, transparent, and honest approach.  She spends her “free time” running her two daughters from hockey to softball, dance, and any myriad of activities.  When exhausted, she watches E or Bravo with her two dogs.

Tony stepped in to manage the sales team in the chaos of 2020, and brings years of channel experience from CDW.  Along with supporting the ChannelOnline team he also works with clients on DataSource related services.  When away from his basement, office he’s enjoying time with his wife and family amid their various extracurricular pursuits.

Keith has been an IT channel pro for over 30 years, 15 years of it leading business focused web applications, and brings all his experience together to lead the charge for ChannelOnline. To break away from the day to day demands of work, he likes to hike, woodworking, garden, rock climb, sail, or hide with a good book.

Prashanth joined ChannelOnline, then Apollo Solutions, in January 2000. He loves programming and working on all things web. He also likes to spend his time playing table tennis, cricket, and watching movies.
