Since using ChannelOnline, Arly Guenther, CEO of Arlington Computer Products (ACP), says his sales team has gone from manually building quotes and checking product pricing and availability, to having access to all his distributors'product information in one application.

This high level of data service has reduced errors and eliminated wasted time calling distributors and manufacturers to verify information.

Furthermore, APC now has valuable sales reporting capabilities through ChannelOnline. "With ChannelOnline, our sales manager can review all quotes and orders so he can assess the level of activity while inspecting margins and missed opportunities," Guenther said. Previously the company had no consistency when quoting customers and a very slim audit trail on all sales activities.
