Regarding the ChannelOnline Connectivity Issue (03.31.2016)

Many of you were not able to access your accounts between 6:30AM and10:30AM PT yesterday, March 31st. The issue was caused when a storage disk failed in our primary co-location facility that houses many CBSI sites & services, including ChannelOnline. The failover measures did not execute as expected, resulting in an extensive outage across these sites & services. We are currently in the process of evaluating this incident with our CBSI IT operations team and the ChannelOnline development team to formulate a plan to ensure this situation does not occur in the future.  Read More...
