New Document Template Designer is Included in ChannelOnline 6.0.5
On Saturday, November 2, 2013, CNET Content Solutions released ChannelOnline 6.0.5. ChannelOnline, the web-based quoting tool that includes supplier integrations and real-time pricing and availability, introduced its document template designer in version 6.0.5.
The new designer tool enables VARs and MSPs to customize the look and feel of their documents, including quotes, sales orders, and invoices. Customizable components include document titles, font size, borders, and backgrounds. Document features, such as Terms and Conditions, Discount-Off %, and product images can also be added to each template. Richer messages can be created through the new version's added HTML editor.
ChannelOnline 6.0.5 also includes major improvements around quote delivery. Added features include the ability to preview the quote onscreen before sending, printing, or downloading and the ability to add attachments to emails sent through ChannelOnline. With the implementation of the new single "Send" button at the bottom of each document page, it is easy to print and/or email with one click. Finally, ChannelOnline 6.0.5 adds a generic shipping option that allows resellers using the StoreSite to display a virtual list of shipping carriers that conceals the actual shipping carrier's name being used for estimation.
