On Friday, September 7, 2012, ChannelOnline, a CNET Content Solutions product, released version 5.8. The 5.8 release brings new custom features to the back-end administrative dashboard, enabling users to have quick access to their business metrics in the form of graphs and visual cues. Resellers now have more control over the information displayed on the dashboard with the ability to turn on or off certain data modules as desired.
ChannelOnline 5.8 also brought improved functionality around Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) documents processing, which provides resellers and their clients a more user friendly process workflow. Updates to third-party integrations with Autotask, Connectwise, and Dell Punchout were also released, as well as some minor back-end fixes and updates to improve overall functionality.
