ChannelOnline Releases Version 7.7
On Friday, April 26, 2019, CNET Content Solutions released version 7.7 of ChannelOnline, the leading sales-cycle automation solution designed
to automate key business processes and transactions. The release focuses on a store site refresh with new look option, the introduction of Master (Sales)
Orders, supplier enhancements, and other upgrades. One of the key differentiators from other quoting solutions is ChannelOnline’s ecommerce store.
In version 7.7, the store site functionality has been improved with new layout options, product comparison functionality, shopping cart improvements, and the ability to accept invoicing payments. Another improvement made in version 7.7 is the ability to generate a master (sales) order, called Master Order, from which individual sub-orders can be placed. This feature allows for the ability to create a Master Order for fulfilling product orders based on a single end customer purchase order throughout months or years.
Improvements have also been made to our Supplier integrations, including shipping and tracking updates, using payment account numbers for purchase orders with D&H, importing quotes directly from Tech Data, and HP Big Deal and Special Pricing retrieval with SYNNEX.
