ChannelOnline 7.9 Adds New Suppliers and Product Features

May 22, 2020 – CNET Content Solutions released ChannelOnline 7.9 on Friday, May 22, 2020. ChannelOnline 7.9 focuses on improvements for Organizer notes and tasks, Storesite pages and banners, managing system tags, documents and reporting, plus new suppliers and user preference aids.

ChannelOnline is one of the few business management solutions that also offers a fully functional ecommerce store. In ChannelOnline 7.9, the storesite has been updated to include features that help businesses better communicate with their customers. Two customizable pages have been added – one that captures Contact Us form details, and the other providing FAQ information – along with a welcome message for customers logging into the store for the first time. The use of targeted marketing banners have been expanded on the storesite homepage as well. In addition, the functionality for language choice of English, Spanish, and French has been added. While store components will need to be translated to each desired language on the backend, product descriptions delivered by CNET will be populated automatically for the selected language.
